How we resolve your complaint
- 1Submit the form below or email fraud@tshekowellness.co.za with full details of the suspected fraud or identity misuse.
- 2Our compliance team acknowledges your report within one business day and assigns a reference number.
- 3We may contact you to verify identity and request supporting documentation (ID, claim statements, medical aid letters).
- 4A full investigation is conducted; findings are escalated to the relevant medical aid scheme, regulator or authorities where applicable.
- 5You receive a written outcome with the resolution and any next steps to protect your information.
